Lilly Jordan

Lilly Jordan | Managing Director & Producer

(Te Arawa / Tainui / Ngāti Tūwharetoa)

Lilly is a marketing and storytelling expert with over 25 years of experience in film, television, and communications. She has produced and directed high-profile content for major networks including Whakaata Māori, TVNZ, and Sky Sport.

From leading digital transformations at Te Puia to directing national documentaries like Poi Stories, she specialises in managing complex productions and high-level stakeholder relationships. Her work is grounded in her whakapapa to Tūhourangi / Ngāti Wāhiao and a deep commitment to serving her iwi through authentic representation.

George Jordan

George Jordan | Co-Owner & Technical Lead

(Ngāti Porou / Te Ātiawa / Rangitāne)

George is a marketing and storytelling expert with a focus on technical management and Part 102 Licensed UAV operation. His career spans more than two decades of high-pressure live broadcasting and production for networks such as Whakaata Māori, Sky Sport, TVNZ, TV3, and Trackside NZ.

He has managed multicam operations for global brands and major sporting events, including the UFC, Super Rugby, and the All Blacks.

At Natives On Screen, George combines technical precision with a filmmaker’s eye, specialising in drama lighting and high-speed FPV drone cinematography to capture unique perspectives that drive modern storytelling.

Fly My Pepeha (2025)

The world’s first children’s drone television series.

This 10-part series for Whakaata Māori and Air New Zealand explores Aotearoa through a "Ranginui Perspective." Merging intimate tamariki-led storytelling with cinematic FPV drone visuals, it celebrates whakapapa and identity in a revolutionary format.

Poi Stories: The Story of the Black Ferns (2024)

A moving documentary series for NZ Rugby and NZ On Air. Directed by Lilly, this project explores the legacy, strength, and sisterhood of Aotearoa’s wāhine rugby players, weaving their sporting journey together with the cultural significance of the poi.

Te Arawa Lakes Trust: 100 Years (2024)

A comprehensive digital campaign and video series commemorating a century of environmental guardianship. We captured the stories of intergenerational leadership and the Trust’s enduring commitment to protecting the natural wai of Te Arawa.

Anzac Day at Te Whakarewarewa (2025)

We produced the full suite of digital content for the 2025 Anzac commemorations, specifically honouring the contributions and sacrifices of Tūhourangi / Ngāti Wāhiao across both World Wars.

Brave and Beautiful (2025)

A national health campaign produced for Wawata Creative and the Ministry of Health. This project champions wāhine Māori empowerment and early detection through culturally safe and impactful visual storytelling.
