Film, television and livestream production

From an idea to a finished production

Natives on Screen brings together creative strategy, camera work, lighting, directing, editing and digital delivery. The team works on screen content, livestreams, event coverage and campaigns for broadcasters, brands, iwi organisations and communities.

A useful brief starts with the people you want to reach and what you want them to understand, feel or do. Share your goals, the channels you plan to use and any existing creative direction.

Māori-led storytelling and experienced delivery

Managing Director and Producer Lilly Jordan brings more than 25 years of experience across film, television and communications. Alongside technical lead George Jordan, the team combines storytelling and stakeholder relationships with live production expertise.

The published portfolio includes Fly My Pepeha, Poi Stories, a Te Arawa Lakes Trust campaign, Anzac commemorations and major event coverage. Visit the recent work section to see the context and scope of those projects.

Plan the right production scope

For an event, describe the location, programme, audience and whether you need live coverage, highlights or social content. For a film or campaign, include your intended duration, interview needs, filming dates and delivery channels.

If aerial footage is part of the idea, discuss it with the wider production brief. Bringing the requirements together helps the team recommend a practical approach and prepare a relevant quote.
